Wine production, from crush through bottling, takes place at our winery located just north of Philomath, Oregon.  

 

Production is around 300 cases a year        comprised of red and white table wines         and a port.

Besides its original Pheasant Court wine series,  the Gilson's developed two other proprietary wine labels. The Wine Vault and BFF Cellars wines are all available for purchase at the Tasting Room.
